My wife and I own it jointly in our Seychellois LTD company, the company has no other activity apart from renting out the apartment, it’s legal activities are owning property in the Seychelles and operating a photographic / video studio ( I haven’t used it for photography / video yet ).
We are selling it fully furnished; you would effectively be buying the shares in the company.
Renting out the apartment through Airbnb & HomeAway the income figures for the past 24 months averages £ 3 680 p/m, these are nett in my pocket before Eden Island Rentals management fee (10%) & Seychelles dwelling tax (15% ).
Eden Island Rentals manage the bookings on my behalf, provide cleaning services and attend to any maintenance issues as they arise.
